Nancy B. Kennedy is the author of eight books, most recently Women Win the Vote! 19 for the 19th Amendment (Norton Young Readers). She holds a degree in journalism and has spent her entire career as an editor and a writer.

She worked in magazines and newspapers for many years, including a stint at Dow Jones in its pioneering online news service. Her articles have appeared in the New York Times, the online Wall Street Journal and dozens of other publications. Although she has the soul of a journalist, she's beginning to ponder the world of fiction.
