Annabeth Bondor-Stone, along with her co-writer and husband, Connor White, is the authors of the middle grade books Shivers! The Pirate Who's Afraid of Everything and Shivers! The Pirate Who's Back in Bunny Slippers, both published by HarperCollins.

After graduating from Northwestern University, Annabeth and Connor moved to New York to eat huge slices of pizza, then moved to Los Angeles when they got full. Now, Connor and Annabeth bring their raucous performance of Shivers to schools across the country, delighting students and educators alike with their ability to promote literacy and writing through comedy.

When they are not writing books, Connor and Annabeth are teaching artists for the Story Pirates, an arts organization that teaches kids creative writing and then turns their stories into an awesome sketch comedy show. Connor and Annabeth once ran a half marathon together. After that, they decided to never run again.
