Michelle Jabès Corpora

Michelle Jabès Corpora is a writer, editor, and martial artist. She is the author of the Holly Horror series for young adults, which includes Holly Horror (Penguin Workshop, 2023) and The Longest Night (2024).

She has also written novels for middle-grade readers, including American Horse Tales: The Dust Bowl (Penguin Workshop, 2021), The Fog of War: Martha Gellhorn at the D-Day Landings (Pushkin Press, 2021), and has ghostwritten five novels in a long-running mystery series. As a Senior Commissioning Editor at Working Partners, Ltd., she has been creating concepts for series fiction for more than a decade. 

In her spare time, Michelle trains as a blue belt in Brazilian-Jiu Jitsu at Crazy 88 MMA. She lives in Maryland with her husband, two daughters, a melodramatic dog, and two long-haired guinea pigs.
